I’ve always dreamed of owning a coffee trailer, but as life got busy, careers took priority, and time kept passing, that dream stayed on the back burner. Then, just two weeks after welcoming our first daughter, I found myself redesigning what my dream coffee trailer would look like. I showed Raymond my ideas, and without hesitation he said, “Let’s do it. I’ll build it.” Not long after, my Papa gifted us his utility trailer, and together we got to work. Countless hours, hard work, and a whole lot of love transformed that trailer into the coffee shop on wheels we’d always imagined.
Estelita’s Lattes is more than just great coffee, it’s proof that dreams don’t have to stay dreams. We realized that if we kept waiting for life to slow down, we’d never take the leap. So we stopped waiting and started building. Today, we’re proud to serve the Fox Cities one cup at a time, while hopefully inspiring others to chase the dreams that have been sitting on their hearts.
